Normal rate

• The booking may be cancelled or changed without extra charge, 10 days before the start of the lessons at the latest.
• If the booking is cancelled or changed 48h before the start of the lessons at the latest, CHF 30.- will be charged for administration fees.
• For any cancellation or change made within 48h before the start of the lessons, 100% of the amount due for the lessons will be charged.

Flex rate (6% of the amount due)

• The booking may be cancelled or changed without extra charge, 48h before the start of the lessons at the latest.
• For any cancellation or change made within 48h before the start of the lessons, a 90% refund will be made, with medical certificate proof or in case of force majeure (closure of the ski resort).
• Changes to the booking can be made until 6pm the previous day free of charge.
